thanks... me and the old man were talking about how much he wanted to add a tach to it. the night i brought it home i was looking on ebay and found the last kit of 3 offered. also shipped from cali so the money stayed here... just to get yanked out of that poor bastards hand
Not sure if it will help or not, but DK Customs offers their thunder torque inserts. You could remove the baffles and install these, helps with torque and while they don't truly quieter the pipes by more than a couple db's they do deepen the sound so they seem more quiet.
thanks... im kinda over the drag pipes... plus those dyno sheets are pure bullshit, they added a intake and those at the same time

the rears were set on the lowest pre-load. i have them on 4 right now and it feels about right but theres no way it will hold me and my GF... the HAGONS 2810s will be here tomorrow
When you ordered the 2810 shocks did they say you would be better off with the nitros? I inquired about 2810 13.8" shocks for myself about 250lbs loaded up and my gf is about 150 and they told me id be pushing the limits at that 2 up weight, even though i ride 2up about 10% of my riding. What length did you go with?
i picked 13" my stockers are 12.5" just a plain fxd so i dont want the *** end up too high.
well i talked to Cristina at theyre only US location here in Cali. I told her im not trying to be a real hot rod but this is my first harley and im use to cornering and riding somewhat fast.
i also told her i would be riding the bike during the week and that the GF will only be there on the weekends but we plan on long rides.
i also said i wanted to stay cheap...
she suggested the 2810 for adjust-ability and actually said i probably do not need the HD spring.
i told her im 275 and my GF is just under 200. she said with the 220lb rate springs that means it takes 440lbs to get the shock to squat an inch...
now i dont know how that will work with the dynas super steep shock angles
she also said i can send them in and she will swap the shocks out for me for free. so im willing to take even a chicks advice
