Congrats, nice bike I love that color on the Fat Bob.
I love my new 2016 Street Bob. I have the HD stage 1 download, HD stage 1 air cleaner with K&N oiled round filter (I did not use the included HD synthetic filter element). I installed the V&H 3' round slip on mufflers after I installed the V&H replacement quiet baffles. The bike runs great, it still gets great gas mileage and stills sounds decent without being way to obnoxious. Also the quiet baffles help maintain the low and mid torque over the standard baffles. I also installed the further forward mid controls and a set of Progressive 444 rear shocks in black. (The rear shocks were worth every penny)
First off have the dealer get the bike running right as the bike sits now. If you can wait the weather should start cooling off buying you some time to get a nice 2/1 pipe and a free flowing A/C. Find a good dyno shop and see what kind of tuning device they prefer to work with. The dyno tech should be able to get the temps down a bit and find you some extra ponies. But it sounds like its running lean which is no surprise being that its new.
You say the bike shuts off at times? I would call that dealer and tell him to come and pick up the bike and fix it. I have heard that some FB's ignition switch can cause that problem. Again, don't ride it and tell the dealer to come and get it. I wouldn't change anything just yet. Get the bike running correctly first.
