When I had my Sportster, I had a solo seat and the QD solo rack that sits on top of the fender. Worked great for a pile of stuff. The QD and seat are easy to change for 2-up or solo and lots of seats available used. One of my brothers has the same setup on his Dyna, in addition to the older smaller bags. This is a shot of my FXDF with a tailbag; HD made a similar bag for XR1200's, that comes off and can be carried as a backpack. I have one NOS, BTW...just never used it. The tail bag on my FXDF is a sport bike bag from Saddleman
