I know they're well regarded in the sporty forum, but anyone running these on their Dynas? I'm already tiring of the lack of sound on my new street bob and am on a tight budget. Seriously considering some slip ons for price and all but the Patriots (when you can find them) seem to be a good bang for the buck.
The reviews on the sporties have been positive, but mixed on the few that I've found for the Dyna.
Who here is running them and how do you like them? Was the fit / installation as good as other full systems?
I have a Patriot on my 15 Low Rider. No complaints so far. I have plans on some engine mods in the near future. When I complete that I'll get a Dyno Tune and see how it performs. My tuner told me he did a Street Glide that had the long pipe and it did real good. Mine is the short pipe like they run on the Sporty's. For the money and quality it's hard to beat in my eyes. The fit was good too.
I just looked at their website and although the price is appealing, it looks like the rear pipe completely covers the oil dipstick....its got to be a mistake?
Save your pennies and get a Bassani, worth the extra $$$ IMO....I was thinking originally of going with the defender but I'm glad I didn't. Not a fan of the look.
Edit: I really need to start checking these thread dates...advice still stands for anyone looking...lol

Everything I've heard about em years ago was positive and a lot of guys were buying em.But there wasn't the selection of pipes there is now ether. I went with a BUB Raw1.Not because I'm on a budget per say but because those guys know how to make a solid pipe that works and is cool like me. Their about $500 and you can finish em the way YOU want which is a plus in my book. Good Luck! http://www.bub-design.com/our-products/
