Yeah, I have it, and you can have it. It served its purpose for me. It's a hack job, so I would't expect much. I think I have the frame as well. If not that one, I have one that lights the frame, and the turn sigs.... I'll have to dig it out. But I know for sure you'll need the back plate to mount the license plate. Kind of an odd setup.
I sometimes work in the east bay, Union City to be specific, but I am not sure when I'll be there next... Maybe next week. I would feel real $h!tty charging you a dime for that thing... Even shipping.
