I have a relative that has a 2008 Super Glide that has about 800 miles and has been sitting in a garage since that first year or so. Basic black model with no upgrades.
Not sure what the value might be, but I can get it for what would be a really good price I am sure. What happens to a bike that has sat that long, but with the low miles? I expect I would have to replace many items.
I love bikes like that, drain and replace all fluids and filters (gas, brake, engine, trans, primary, fork oil), repack all bearings (wheels, swingarm pivot, steering head). Take a very close look at anything thats made out of rubber (tires, brake lines), and replace as necessary. Squirt oil at anything that is a cable or has a pivot. Buy a new battery, hit the start button and enjoy your new motorcycle.

Man, why can I never stumble upon these bikes?
These guys I work with have more toys than they know what to do with. In fact one guy is letting go of a 2013 dodge 3500 crew cab,8k mi with 60k warranty for 27k OBO...See it all the time..

Take a flashlight with you and inspect the inside of the fuel tank looking for rust and dried varnished fuel. The good news is the Dyna has a large cover, under the dash, so it should be easy to clean out and remove the fuel pump and filter for service. Worst case you will have to have the tank professionally cleaned. Or you can clean it yourself easy and cheap. Google cleaning a fuel tank for the 1000 ways of doing it at home.
At the very least do what the previous people have suggested about changing all fluids. You can bet after that long of a lay up there will be moisture in every case and both brake system.
