Fly by wire grip stuff
Hello, everyone. Ive got a 2016 Lowrider S, with throttle by wire.
Been trying to find a set of grips I like, but the choices are relatively slim. That said, Im curious- If I were to buy the proper, replacement throttle sleeve, would it be possible to use grips made for cable throttles if I were to perhaps cut of the portion with provisions for the cable eyes? Id assume that as long as the length of the grip were adequate, and that the inside diameter of the grip were correct for the outside diameter of the replacement throttle sleeve, that Id perhaps be able to use grip glue to fasten the grip to the sleeve? Anyone try this? Ive searched the net a lot, no answers thus far, and Ive been considering purchasing a sleeve and cheap set of grips to try this out.
Im really wanting to go with solid, black billet spiked grips and pegs on this thing, but cant find the grips I want that are designed for TBW bikes.

. I used a Licks TBW sleeve and Baxter grips on my Low Rider S - worked great
