The back will fit with the correct spacers. The front wheel for the switchback is wider than the street bob front end. You will have to either have the wheel narrowed to fit or put on fat bob or wide glide triple trees and use the correct spacers and axle.

I did just the thing you are asking about with my 2013 FXDC. Send me a PM with your email address and I'll fill you in with Pic's.
Once I had all the right part's it was a pretty easy swap. Labor wise it was less then 4 hours.
