Default What length handle bar riser?

I've got a 2005 Wide Glide with stock handle bars. I want to raise them about 4" from where they currently are. Logically I would just buy a 4" riser but it looks like there is already a 2" riser or spacer on the stock bars. Will that go away when I put on the new risers meaning that I really need to buy a set of 6" risers to get 4" higher than stock?

Uhm yes.
measure from where the riser is/bolts on the triple tree(flat part),, to the bottom of the bars,, that measurement is what's already there.

Perfect, that's exactly what I needed to know. Thank you.
