Put the gaskets in the freezer the day before and bring them right from the freezer to the exhaust ports. The cold shrinks them enough so (mine did at least) they slip right in. Yeah what he said, new gaskets, bolt everything together loosely to begin with. Once it's all on the bike looking good start tightening it down starting at the heads, then mounts then clamps. Take your time and you should have any problems. Have a good xmas.

Running the same TBR on my LRS, but with a Thundermax tuner. Sounds great. Runs strong. Some fitment issues and leaks at the collector, hopefully u don't get. But straight forward install, doubt you'll have issues installing.

I've got the same exhaust and tuner with the Fuel Moto tune for it. It really made a difference on this bike. I didn't have any issues with leaks. I did have to adjust my brake pedal to gain clearance.

I actually put the new exhaust on before puttin 50 miles on the bike, so I didn't bother with new gaskets. It seems to have worked so far.
