RR, take a look at a Stage 1 A/F that you can vent the crankcase to the outside of motor, such as DK Custom's sells. Also the V&H Vo2 is ventable. The Fp3 tuner is good, Stage 1 a/f with external breathers and slip ons will get you a good running motor.
I would also go to www.fuelmotousa.com and read all you can. They sell an easy to use tuner and the complete Power Vision line. Although more $ it can do more if your future upgrades are more them stage 1. Fuel moto is one of the best customer service companies with regard to Harley's. They also supply you unlmited map updates if you buy from them. They also sell the Fp3.
Direct cycle Parts is also a good source for Fp3 and other Harley items.

+1 on what Checkers just said, I put a A/N big sucker on my 2013 Road Glide Ultra. Then noticed putting an external breather on the heads, by passing the factory design, will be a little bit of a job. The DK customs would be the way to go. I have an open air filter, V&H double slash slip ons and then tuned with a V&H FP3. Runs good and seems cooler on the leg.

do not buy a fp3 if you can avoid it. Go with the dynojet powervision.

I don't like the big sucker. Had one and the pot metal that the backing plate is made from failed. Got one from DK Customs and it's made of steel. Also, it's easy to install one of their external breather systems.

I also went with DK Customs AC (636) and external venting. I love their products. I also have the FP3 and have had great success with it. V&H also has great customer service if you run into any issues.

The SS brand AC is equally easy to vent.

I'd suggest a a/c that you can vent the crankcase like others have suggested and a Powervision. That way when you want more mods/power you don't have to buy a new tuner. In my opinion the fp3 is also a good tuner. I almost went with the fp3, but felt the pv had more to offer and suited my needs/plans better.
