Keeping your cool-how do you do it?

I dont have a way to measure my oil temps but I do watch my engine temp as measured via the Powervision/ECM.
I ride in an extremely hot climate (Summer average over 100-110), I've also attached a link to my Ward's install where I think I had some comparisons.
When I put the fan assisted oil cooler on I only noticed a difference in head temp of about 5-10 degrees while riding in 90 degree ambient weather, but the sensor was going on regularly and the oil was definitely flowing past the cooler so I think all help is good help.
After that I put on the Ward's fans, they helped with an additional decrease of between 25-40 degrees. The big difference with the Ward's I found was that while idling at a stop light the engine temps would actually stabilize or even go down. Good luck!
