DIY...after reading so many posts about this topic I said wtf just do it yourself. I sanded mine down and painted them with Hi Temp Black.
No problems after 4 weeks. Looks great.

I'm going to be another voice phor paint them. V&H Big Shots. Sand and paint the shields with BBQ black. Real hard to ***** it up. If you do, sand it off and have another go at it.

The Hooker Darksides wont be available for the 07 Dynas until early July. Thats what I was told by the Hooker rep. So I decided to wait for them... I gotta say ... It's killing though ...
