Those are custom from europe. I think I have seen a rocket bob's with it, or maybe thunderbike. Probably the closest thing you will find is V&H Sideshots.

Dont stand behind that ride when it takes off, otherwise you get shot with the stones it kicks up, I seen a ride like that in Germany and when the guy rode off people behind where digging dust and pebbles out of their eyes.

Well they are pretty cool lookwise, but dangerous as hell, cheaper to stick a pair of these on the ride.
