Just received my dyna defender bags in the mail today. I'll upload more pictures as I get going on installing them on my dyna. Also, I'll be providing some input on how well these bags hold up during daily use and how they fair on long trips.

hey man.. i think i saw ur instagram via villain2hero's ... please let us know how it is for a passenger . i hear kurakyn has peg extensions but i was curious.
thanks for the inquiry but I'm the wrong guy to ask about passengers because I don't normally ride two up. After I installed the bags I removed the passenger pegs to clean up the rear section.
I just picked up a set of these Villain 2 Hero used. Not sure I'm sold on them yet. So I'm holding on to my leather pro dxt bags for now just in case. I dig the look and I really like the thought that these are water proof. And how easy it is to access them. Not that using a zipper and two snaps is all that difficult but it is nice just to pull a tab and have everything accessible. And yes, you'll need to figure something out for the rear pegs. I don't ride 2 up so not a concern.
Anyway, anyone with these bags found a way to organize your crap in them? I haven't found things like the trays and pouches that are offered for touring model bags and was hoping for ideas.
whats the total weight of both with mounting brackets?
I don't know the weight. Lighter than I would have thought. Yeah welds don't look great. Doesn't bother me. Not really noticable in the grand scheme of things. Hell I don't even have matching wheels.
