I'll tell you what, for the price, I may pick that INNOVV up that you mentioned in your initial post. two cameras, always running, never have to worry about start and stop. I watched some vids, its not perfect quality, but for half the price of a Hero5 black, I think it's worth it.
HD electrical connection upgrade kit 72673-11 for $18 or less is the way to go for the power connection. Plugs into the diag connector in the electrical caddy and provides 3 crimp connectors providing, I think, ground, switched 12v, unswitched 12v, off of the 15A P&A fuse.

I have some Samsung and Kingston and neither of those would record for more than an hour or so, evidently the memory isn't fast enough..

My son's Stealth instructions warned specifically AGAINST Samsung. Same paper recommended Sandisk Extreme. So far, So good.

The damn GoPro company just set it up to record different and now you get shitty times with a 32GB card!
