FXDP Bags Installed

Got my Villain2Hero Defender bags on last night. Stoked on the fit and finish and can't wait to pack them for the trip to Giddy Up in a few weeks.

What's the fitment like on the rails? Do they sit close to the fender? Debating between these or a set of the smaller FXRP-style bags.

From the actual fender to the outside of the bag is 4". Bags and brackets are about the same width as a front HD crash bar.

No disrespect but I always think these bags look as if they are mounted too high...b.
