Beware Valholl Counter Culture
First off, thank you for your service.
Never heard of these lowlifes, but anyone who takes someone's cash, and doesn't deliver the goods, or visa versa, is a scumbag. Excuse after excuse (lies), is bad karma and it will come back. To screw with someone in the military no less (like Big Bear Choppers did), who is protecting this Country and the very soil this fool lives on, is a flat out criminal.
Who runs this "company" and what is the address of this so called "business"?

I'm not sure who the owner is but it looks like they are out of Carlsbad, CA:

If you've purchased anything from this company through PP I'd suggest filing a claim as well. Perhaps with enough complaints, PP will revoke their vendor status and they will have to find another way to take $$ from people.
Although it doesn't completely make up for poor customer service, their product quality is very good.
This kind of a post? On a forum that is dedicated to a machine that is frequently over $20K? Really?? That doesn't make any sense AT ALL.
This ENTIRE forum (a first world luxury) is dedicated to nothing BUT first world problems. Last I checked nobody on here is donating $1 for every mile ridden.
So what exactly is your point? That's a mighty high horse you are sitting on.
These guys are not retailers or even manufacturers. They're jobbers. The website looks like this 'business' was thrown together and they don't have a clue.
My guess is that as a jobber, they take orders, and then send them to be filled. So they receive an order, send it to the distributer or manufacturer. If its in stock, its then sent to the jobber and then sent to you. If its not in stock, everyone is SOL. Being they are not even mom and pop, theyre a lemonade stand, they have there orders put to the back of the pile. Now theyre inundated with folks like you so they shut their ears off.
If you paid via credit card thru paypal, you can contact your cc company and dispute it that way. Either way, id have them shove the order...Good luck and I do feel for ya..

So, today the good news: My package arrived with all parts included. Destroyers seem to be great quality, which is why I went with these guys in the first place. Can't wait to get them mounted up.
The bad news: The new levers, which were the whole reason for the delay because they had to be 'custom made for me', are the wrong size. I specifically asked for 3.5" and they sent me 4". On top of that, they look like regular levers not anything that was supposedly custom made, which is why I reference the post above.
As far as I can tell, they should still fit within the handguards, so I'll go with them rather than go through an impending nightmare of returns and waiting for the correct size. I may ask my local shop if they can cut them down to my preferred size and re-powdercoat, but I'll have to decide if I want to invest anymore $ in this project or move on to something else.
Its pretty sad that even with excuse after excuse they still sent me the wrong thing, and that it took going through a paypal claim to even get to that point. But, as for now I am happy that I at least got my stuff and we can all move on with our lives. I certainly won't be investing anymore money in this company in the future, and advise others to do so at your own risk.

putting up a thread about losing a couple hundred bucks cause you were dumb enough to hand it over to an unreputable vendor, whinning about missing bike week, and all the headaches...guess what...you made your own bed by making the first mistake in making the purchase. Sorry, but little sympathy here. Cry me a river...
Product reviews, how to, builds, and troubleshooting threads are more productive. Listening to someone whine...and looking for an audience to hold his hand...just sad. Grow some *****. Would of got more respect if he just said "got ripped off, I'm a dumb ***, don't buy from these vendors, moving on".
