Not full floorboards, but I put these mini floorboards on, and set them on the rear-most hole. That way, they work like pegs (eg you can get your toes under the gear lever like normal), but much more supportive 'cos the back part acts like a heel rest.
It's long-enough to go from my heel to the ball of my foot, so no arch-or ankle discomfort on long rides. Sorry, I haven't got any better photos, but you can see the position...
