bigger question would be if the bracket mounts are the same. they stopped selling the SE II's over a year ago.
I don't know how much compensating the O2 sensors will make. The SE II's will have greater flow than the SE's you can buy now.
my guess is that even with the EMC and O2 sensors, on the '07's designed to automatically compensate, is that the bike will still be lean cuz the factory has certain limits on what it can do (EPA stuff ya know).... soooo, what I'm saying here is you probably would want to consider the PCIII or other device.
