Default Custom Dynamics LED lights

Had to buy a new battery today and while I was there got very interested in the headlight and turn signal replacements from Custom Dynamics. The headlight looks awesome - a lot brighter and the concept that the front turn signals can turn color when signaling and go to white when not flashing I really like. That means you are more visible and have better light up ahead at night. According the website 2015 Dynas do not have to mess with load balance resisters.

Has anyone else used these on your Dyna and what was your experience?

I'm not familiar with Dyna's but I believe any bike with the Canbus system do not need a balance resister. So I believe your fine with a 2015.

I've ran these on both my sportster and now my low rider, i love em. They are nice and bright up front and add some much needed visibility. I also converted my rear turn signals into red led run/brake/turn from custom dynamics and they are awesome. Their stuff is top notch and I would absolutely recommend them. No other modifications are needed, they are plug and play, literally a 1 minute job for the turn signals. I don't have any experience with the headlight as it is quite pricey, but I'm sure it is great.

I converted all of the lighting on my '08 Wide Glide to Custom Dynamics LEDs, except for the headlight which is the adaptive one from JW Speaker.

I have the Dynamic Rings on the front turn signals with smoked lenses, really adds to visibility. I have their brake light and rear turn signals with red lenses. I needed the stabilizer, which you don't, and also added the Triple Play module which converts the rear turn signals to running and brake lights with the ability so set the number of flashes when the brake is applied before staying on steady. I really like the setup.

I like their choices and the lights do look good. After I first bought my dyna I noticed how bad the headlight was, didn't have the money for a custom dynamics so I ended up with a $15 amazon bought LED headlight bulb. It works great too, still have it in there and its so much better than the stock headlight bulbs. Going to LED for bulbs is definitely the way to go.

Thanks guys. This is my next upgrade. Plus having a lower drain on the electrical system has to be a good thing. I've converted a lot of bulbs in my house and even my landscape light bulbs to LEDs .

Started with the BAL tail light. Than added the front 7in Led with CD turn signals front and rear. Yes the extra light up front helps.

Here's what they look like in the daytime, it really looks awesome at night. When you first swap out the turn signals they will blink normally but the indicator on the dash will blink faster. Turn on the hazard lights for 4 minutes and the CANBUS will readjust this.
Custom Dynamics also has a jumper pigtail for the TruBeam so when you turn on your highbeam the lowbeam stays on.

Thumbs up

I installed the Custom Dynamics turn signal LED kit...and changed to clear lenses...love it....the amber/orange LED portion only is on for turn signal blinks...and the white LED portion is constantly on, and is VERY bright, but the white light is over ridden by the amber/orange LED portion when using turn signal. I also have LED headlights (Fatbob) very bright...actually the entire lighting system I have converted to LED.....Have made a few purchased from Custom Dynamics, and will say they have great customer service and actually pick up the phone when you call with a question
