I am trying to help a friend do service on his 2006 Super Glide EFI ... we are following the FSM and trying to change the fuel filter ...

we can depress both tabs but have not been able to remove the fuel line from the fuel pump as described in step 11 on page 4-22 ... no matter how hard we pull on the fuel line

Page 4-22 Step 11. See Figure 4-38. Depress tabs (1) and remove fuel line (4) from fuel pump assembly (2).


Is there a trick to removing the fuel line ... any suggestions?
