Hey ya'll this is my first post. Glad to be on here and learning from all you grease *****!
I am leaning towards the Lucky Dave 2-up seat in tuck and roll. The lady rides with me a lot. Wondering if any of you have the seat and can comment on the long haul ride-ability/ comfort for the passenger. It looks like it slopes down but might be the angle of photos.
Super important that she is taken care of back there. The more comfortable she is the easier it is for me to keep buying stuff I don't need!
I have the same seat and my wife finds it comfortable. Previous seat was a mustang tripper fastback and the LD seat has a lot more room for her. The gel in the seat is really comfortable for long rides as well. She's done over 100 miles on the back without any complaints.
She's also on the smaller side (5'2 110lbs) so take that into consideration
My old lady didn't like it at first but we just got back from a trip and she definitely changed her tune, did 450 miles Friday and she said the seat felt great. Also the first time she had ridden more than 100 miles at once
It's pretty slim on the passenger area, if your wife is fairly small she could be comfy though. Might want to check out the Corbin Widowmaker, similar style of seat but the passenger section is a little wider. Plus the LD pushes you a little forward, not great if you are taller.
