This is for a lady friend...
Any suggestions on an 11' (I believe their all adjustable) shock for a 2002 Lowrider?
Just a good all around lowering shock. The gal is about 120 Lb.'s doesn't ride aggresive so nothing fancy and nothing junk either.
Thanks
I've got a set of Burly slammers that I'd like to get rid of. They lowered my Lowrider about 1.5". They were on the bike when I got it but I'm long legged so they had to go.
Any shorter than stock and the ride sucks to put it plainly. She only needs one foot down anyway. I would change the seat for a lower one before shocks personally.
Thanks for the suggestions.
I agree and that is why I at least want her to stay at least 11" which she has been since 2002 when she put the lower shocks on in the first place but are now leaking.
Yamaharley, I would never suggest just one foot down as acceptable.
Look for some 11" Progressive 412 standard duty shocks that will fit that ride (Progressive part 412-4037C). They are the standard spring rate and at least better than stock springs. They fetch around $120-150 used, $220 new.
