Sock on Heavy Breather
If it's raining you must ABSOLUTELY fit the sock on the filter; if you don't put, the water can go into the engine, and it's a bad thing .......
(water ignition in Racing in completely different....)
Normally (with the shine) if you fit the sock you have a wrong quantity of air and gasoline....
