Corbin Issues
This might be the wrong spot to post this, but how many of you guys have dealt with Corbin? A friend of mine ordered a seat and was given an initial timeframe of 2-3 weeks. After 2 he contacted them just to check progress and they claimed he never ordered anything. He'd already been charged and had an order confirmation luckily. So they said they'd put a rush on it...that was 3 weeks ago and he's heard nothing.
I know several of you have had bad experiences with their customer service (I tried to warm him against dealing with them directly but he doesn't listen to me). Anyone had a similar situation? If so how was it resolved (if it was in fact resolved)

They get very busy sometimes and it takes a day or so for them to get back with you. I've found email works best. My orders have always arrived promptly and any issues were always corrected promptly.
