I took delivery with the 117 kit installed. It had a SE map for the 117 kit and stock exhaust. They required purchase of the street tuner. Drove it for 600 miles, then took it in for dyno tune.
After thinking about it a bit and looking at the tables in some of the maps that HD puts out, I think I know what the wait until August is about. The EPA, no doubt. HD would have to get approval for all those changes I'm thinking. The Air-Fuel Ratio tables are pretty different between the 110 and 117 and HD street tuners and dealers are no longer allowed to modify those. I was thinking why couldn't the dealer put the fixed 110 map on and then fix everything else on the dyno? The EPA is why that won't happen for me.

Just saying, you could check with FuelMoto and see if they could provide a tune for your 117 - of course you'd have to buy a power vision from them to get it. But then you would no longer be restricted to EPA limits and could enjoy further performance gains.
