Mine is a 24" from The Forge. My main goal was trying to get the backrest pad up higher in my OL's back, but from an aesthetic's thing the taller one also works with the ape hangers.

Here's one side view pic and I have some more in my photo section of my profile...

I was wondering if anyone here has pictures of either the 16" or 24" from a side view so I can get a better idea of the difference between the two.

I've seen a few posts with these sissy bars but none with the angle I need for the comparison.
Originally I wanted the GINZ sissy bar but dang they are expensive. So far my Bowman has been great, installed shortly after I got my Bob just over 2 years ago. I have the 16" the 24" is just too tall for my taste. Wife says that the Bowman is not as uncomfortable as it may look and I use the sissy bar to tie my bag (s) when doing long rides. For the money it's hard to beat the Bowman.

I went with the 16" and wish I'd gone with the 24". Bowman makes a great product and my wife finds it very comfy.

obligatory pic!

Plenty of pics of the 16" already. Took this from the tophand ventures (aka bowman) website.

I'm in the exact same position as you. Have a wide glide and was trying to decide between the two. I actually emailed him asking if he'd make a 20'' for my wide glide and this was his response... "No problem, I can send you an invoice through PayPal. It will be $260 plus shipping(and tax if you live in Texas). If you are interested, I'll need your address to calculate shipping.
Thanks,
Jeff

Be sure to post pics so i can now how mine will look, what size apes are those?

I went with a 24". I used to strap a backpack to it as in my sig pic. Here's how it looks with the solo seat. I'd lose 6 inches with the two up seat.
