Be aware, the important part is that I think what you'll find that the two dimensions stated above are correct, the Drag Spec published position listed is incorrect.
I think your "long" one (.810") will go on the LEFT (clutch lever side), "Short" one (.7125") on the RIGHT (brake lever side)
Also use the 07 "Drill Bit" alignment procedure because the Right Spacer will NOT be against the Right side slider. There will be a small gap.

thanks for clearing that up. That's what I figured.
Don't know if I'm doing something wrong but got a stock set of spacers for a '07 street bob and I'm trying to mount the front tire but it's not giving me enough space to put the front caliper back on. Any help would be much appreciated.
Pictures or a more elaborate description of the intereference would be helpful. All original parts? Also, any work or mods done?
Why the need the need for new spacers?
This seems to have just graduated from a simple part number request to a swap of some kind?
I can post up some pics when I get off of work. I bought the bike and the previous owner had put a custom wide glide front end (raked but not sure the degree) with 27 and 1/2 inch tubes. The fork seals were busted and I didn't like the way the bike was sitting so I picked up some mid glide trees off a member on here and I had what I thought was the stock axle. I ordered stock spacers because there were larger spacer for the wide glide front end. I was really hoping to have the bike up and running this weekend but doesn't look like it's going to happen.
So ran into another problem trying to replace the sliders and the damn seat pipe screw is just spinning and won't come out so I can change the sliders and fork seals.
Did you replace the sliders? If so, to what?
If not replacing, you might have "Wide Glide" model sliders. They along with Fat Bob sliders have different caliper mount postioning than the Mid Glides.

I meant to say I was changing the fork tubes and couldn't get the sliders off. Is there anyway to tell the difference in the sliders? Maybe the previous owner changed them.

Yes.
Look at at where at the caliper mounts are on the slider. Are the mounts basically centered on the Casting line? If Not, they are Not Mid-glide sliders
So I got frustrated and just going to bring my bob to the local Indy and let him put the front wheel and caliper on. Really had the itch to ride so this happened...
