Jetting

Need help jetting S&S carb on 1982 shovelhead. She's 30 over 9to 1.S&S heads solids and b cam.Any help would be appreciated

Understand everything but the 'b' cam... specs or reference? Call S&S ?

The only thing listed (to me) that says you need to re-jet is the different cam... +30 on the slugs and 9 to1 heads and solid lifters... doesn't sound like a lot different in terms of air flow.

What size jet is in there now?

Main is 66 not sure about other 1

The cam is Andrews b2

I would hazard a guess that the main should be maybe .068 to .070. with the intermediate somewhere around .028 - .030 for everything but a Super D.

First go post this over in the shovelhead section you'll find more informed people on the subject.

If it's an S&S E go .295 on the intermediate jet and 70 on the main and follow the tuning procedure from S&S's web tech download section.
