Shoei X-14 is my daily go to. I also have a Bell half helmet for quick runs and an AGV.....but it's a Valentino Rossi replica, so don't use it on the Harley.
Most of the time I'm sporting my retirement gift from my previous employer, a Shoei RF-1200, but for short local rides I go with my Crazy Al's DOT Beanie Helmet https://www.bikerhelmets.com/.

I'm gonna be the spelling ****...you said "Bell Rouge" multiple times when I think you meant "Bell Rogue". Rouge is the pink **** that goes on drag queen's cheeks.
Just ordered this yesterday. http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/830452/i/shark-skwal-instinct-helmet hoping it turns out, if not I'm not out much. 279
Arai Signet X with Pro Shade System. The shade is external and pops up or locks down. Much better optics than any transition type of shade I have seen. The helmet is Quiet and Cool, great vent system. Excellent peripheral vision. This helmet fits my head the best.....not everyone will fit Brand A or Brand B....I tried a Schuberth Pro, liked the reviews, but just did not fit me....returned it. Having said that, because of the Arai Pro Shade system and how well it performs, even in direct sun, I am glad I ended up with the Arai
Arai and Schuberth are not the cheapest, but I think one of the best designs.
Schuberth C3 (non Pro). Love the helmet. Quiet, super easy strap retention release, quiet, decent ventilation. Every helmet should come with this type of strap retention release.
Also have a Nolan N43. Outstanding eyeport, but noisy. Also, easy and convenient strap retention release. If using the chin bar, I find I have to remove the chin bar to take the helmet off. I used to wear this helmet as a 3/4, but hardly wear it anymore due to having the Schuberth.
Would consider the Shoei Neotech....if it had the convenient strap release like that of the Schuberth or Nolan.
