There is only a few things you really need:
-Fat Bob trees
-FLH or FXDF axle for 25mm bearings
-FLH or FXDF 16" front wheel
You can reuse your wheel spacers (they will fit).
Your brakes will line right up reusing all your Street Bob components.
Now for the front fender, A FXDF fender will fit but the mounting holes will have to be re-drilled as they will not quite align with the mounting points. If you want an FLH style fender, there are adapters out there.
I have done this on a Street Bob and a Sportster (before H-D was doing it.)
I eventually switched the Street Bob over to a Softail front end for the complete effect
(FLH)Touring Hub widths and slider cal mount positioning are different than FXDF Hub widths and Sliders cal mount positioning. People can get away with interchanging within when they are using a single disc because either thay don't mind the wheel/rim has been moved over from the original centering/positioning OR they are lacing their own wheel and can position the rim anywhere they want in relationship to each other.
Where the difference really makes itself known is when you use Dual Discs...
Try to install a Touring wheel in Fat Bob Sliders OR Fat Bob wheel in Touring Sliders (or midglide dyna sliders) and you'll find out real fast what the problem is

Wow, your bikes look great. I have got the fat bob trees now so just hunting down/getting made the wheel spindle. I'm going more for the bobber look so will have a minimalist front fender, thats what so great about Harleys, each one is individual.
Fat bob trees, wide glide hub and fork sliders... Electraglide Ultra rim.
He doesn't need the Wide Glide sliders, his Street Bob ones will work, that's pretty much the setup I have, Street Bob legs and axle spacers, Fat Bob Trees and axle, Softail Slim front wheel with disk (16"x3") same hub as a Wide Glide.

I think i'm getting it! Of course i will need a longer axel as the forks will be wider apart....doh! see what i mean about confusing myself.
Thanks again to all.
You'll also need to do something about your front fender.
