I have a 2016 Street Bob with V&H Short Shots on it and a Screamin Eagle air cleaner. It currently has only the stock ecm. No tuner. Can someone point me in the right direction for one? This is actually my sons bike. I have an '07 FLHRS with a SERT on it and I am comfortable with the software. Ideas?
Powervision always has my vote. Especially if there's a potential for future performance upgrades. Thunder max is also pretty popular. I recently read a post from a professional tuner on here who seems to highly recommend master tune Tts. I use Powervision for a se 117, ran auto tune and I like it, but it's still not perfect so I'll be having it dyno tuned soon. The fp3 seems to be a popular choice but I feel like you're better off going with one of the better and unfortunately more expensive tuners.

If you like the SERT you will love TTS MasterTune. Its the tuner I use on my 2009 FXDC and I really like the results, you can download the manuals and complete program to see if you like it, TTS has the best manuals in the business. It's not a inexpensive tuner but you get what you pay for.

if you are comfortable with the SERT I would recommend the TTS. The tuning guide is very well written also

You're comfortable with the SERT, get the TTS. Mastertune used to make the SERT up to a few years back, before there was a disagreement on new features.
Get the TTS. If your son wants to do anything else to his bike, you're covered no matter what. ... and the TTS is not a piece of hardware that you have to leave plugged into your bike, it programs the ECM... just like the SERT.
