So another stupid question. I've seen a few on EBay but I don't know what this means.

"'15-Later Dyna (India Models Only)". What's an India model? I don't want to buy something that needs the horn relocation kit.

I remember reading this somewhere. India models have some kind of guards on the wheels to keep some traditional robe worn there from getting sucked into the wheel.
