Hi again all. Im interested in installing a K&N round air filter kit to replace my football that just drives me nuts. Question is, do you have to install S/E kit first then go with a K&N element? Or is there a part # straight from K & N that includes all parts required?

they do make a kit with the back plate and filter.
otherwise youll have to get a S/E and just swap filter

You can get the SE intake or a number of other intakes and use the K&N. I use a SE intake and Drag Specialties hi flow filter. Like the blue color, too!
