I'm from the VRod side. But as far as a really good frame - the hydro formed VRod frame fits the motor very well.

The frame on the V is similar to the FXR IMHO. My VRod weighs
about 650lbs

And it will also handle very well with 180 tire and not so well with a 240 tire.

That's where the rubber meets the road ... which is why they were replaced by Dynas ... cheaper to build.

that is the metric that drives most new models of anything. Which, in my opinion, is what drives up the value of older iron - along with the nostalgia.
