I have the same problem with the TBR and stock pedal. My brother is currently designing and doing R&D work on a brake pedal that will be adjustable to accommodate issues like this. I'll post more as it gets closer to production.

1st one wasnt close. Hit the header and footpeg bracket at same time. No adj would fix that one The 2nd from Hammerhead was close and would have worked if it had more of a bend in towards the motor. After adj to clear header pipe itd bottom out on the footpeg bracket and not enough brake force applied. More inward bend would have cleared the bracket. Too bad too, they have a nice product.
