Default speed bleeders
I bought a 2011 FXDWG this spring and just started thinking that the brake fluid has probably never been changed.

I've got speed bleeders on my dresser and thought I would order some for the WG, but they don't have it listed on their site. They have 91-09 Dyna, but nothing for the 11.

Can anyone tell me if the brakes have changed since 09?

Better yet, if anyone is using them, the part number would be great. They part number for the 09 dyna is SB3824HD.

I’m pretty sure that Harley’s use all the same bleeders

Yes, a 2 year service life for brake fluid is typical. Race bikes get it done every race. It, and fork oil are the 2 most neglected services. Dealers didn't even change it out during regular service intervals, until recently...

2 yrs? I just got a free 5000 service from dealer...three days before warrantee ran out...... bike 2015 FXDB


I'm sure it was built over 2 years before service
