What do I do?
So I busted my hub on my wheel on my 17 low rider s and ordered a new one. Well, come to find out they are back ordered until January 23rd and that's not even close to a definite date.
I've gotten it confirmed that there is no low rider s rear wheel, any finish , in the country. Looking online I can't find any used and I'm not spending a 1000 plus for a custom wheel.

standard 2014+ low rider wheels are a direct fit. you can grab some and have them powder coated.
this is an opportunity, not a bad situation... unless it was your primary transpo.

You should still be under warranty. Cut a deal with management at your selling dealer where they apply the replacement cost (warranty) toward some sort of upgrade. You will spend some money, but they should be able to give you a substantial discount toward different rims or something.
