Looks like serial numbers wont help you because you're not looking for HD parts.
Dealers often make changes to new bikes to make it more appealing to their customers and they dont necessarily use HD parts.
What you need to do is to decide what style of handlebars you want, what height fits you well, and then search for that type or brand, not serial numbers.
