Or, Ride On for dynamic tire balancing and puncture protection; I switched from beads to Ride On for balancing and like it even better than the beads...

Yes, it works great with tubes. Once the tire/tube is mounted you remove the valve core and add the Ride On through the valve. When you begin to ride the first time it disperses around the tube and dynamically balances the wheel.
I've cut open tubes with Ride On in them; it's spread around the tube as the website shows you and it shows no signs of break down; it's still a paste/gel. After I tried Ride On the first time I was a believer
