Progressive 444 vs 490

I have ridden both and the 444 give a more plush ride but the 490 gives a more sportier ride. So if you main goal is performance get the 490 but if you want a more comfortable ride get the 444. We sell both at a great price to forum members so if you want a price just shoot me a PM.
Thanks for your reply .. It was the only one that stated any difference between the 2 , comfort being what i am after will be looking at 444's ..

hi guys im currently looking for new rear shocks for my '16 fxdb any of you tried those progressive 444 or 490 12.5'' i can get them both for the same price online. i will be having a passenger (125lbs)once a while and me 180lbs. im leaning toward 490's just because theres more adjustments on them.

Hey man, just wanted to share my feedback with you on the 490 shocks. I saw in one of your later post you bought them so hopefully you like them but I hate them. They are very rough and not comfortable at all to me. Maybe I should have went with the 444 or 970 but I personally regret buying these. Trying to sale them because I hate them but hopefully they work for you.

Yea true Jay, I wish now I would have just bought the 444 but oh well hopefully I can get someone to buy the 490 I have
