Looking for information on the disassembly of a tail light, part # 69598-09A. (pic attached) Would like to disassemble to powder coat and this has me flustered. I think I have looked everywhere I can to find the information with no luck. So, I'm here asking the this giant Dyna group for any information. Thanks in advance.
On mine the lens pops off, there is a small slit that you can fit something to pry it off with around the edge. I would assume this would be the same so you could change the light bulb out without removing the whole thing. Only other way would be a screw holding it from the backside and that just seems like bad engineering. Or a screw from the outside holding it on. Guess the lens could be threaded and go on like a light bulb, but I've never seen that.Once it's off you should see how the inside parts attach easy enough.

I'm about at that point! LED light with the circuit board inside the housing, almost seems as if it's glued/ epoxied together. Tried pickin', pryin, and twistin', nothing has worked.
No one has had one of these apart to powder coat?
