Hey guys. I recently purchased a 5 3/4" Custom Dynamics headlamp for my 2017 Dyna Street Bob. The instructions say to re-use the chrome ring that fastens the new lamp into the base.

The base that the light sits in is black and I ordered the black CD lamp, so the chrome ring looks out of place. Wondering if anyone has seen a black 5 3/4" ring? I've looked on a few Canadian websites and haven't been able to find one.

You can have yours powdercoated or they make black ones

Funny thing is that Harley's is actually less expensive than the aftermarket ones.

 

order a cheap funlove bucket for like 20 bucks. comes with black ring. you then have a spare bucket, see here:

i just got one and used the bucket on my sporty but, used the ring on my dyna.
