60ish I wasnt really looking down but I was going with the flow and thats about how fast they said I was going. But yes I was lucky I lt didnt end worse all I could think while sliding was please dont get ran over by an 18 wheeler.
Hope you heal soon. Thanks for sharing as I sometimes need to be reminded of what can happen out there.
my first spill in my short 13 years of riding. Definitely any eye opener but wont keep me down for long gonna have to invest in some easy pull levers though since I have a feeling my clutch hand is gonna be a bitch wrist.

Take the blessing and run! The fall and slide are the easy part. I'm truly glad you came to a gentle stop.

Give it a few years. It will probably be weak for quite a while and may be prone to aches forever but I bet you'll be pretty much normal eventually.
Trees and steering bearings are toast. Possibly the frame.. I take it, the impact wasn't with the car but something on the side of the road to bend the forks like that. If it was the car, there would have been a noticeable mark in the car.

This does suck..
Not sure what was done to the car since they didnt stop but other that asphalt the bike didnt hit anything just slid a good ways on a 4 lane interstate unless it hit another car as it was sliding. Didnt get a good view of what the bike was doing as I was sliding/tumbling behind it lol.
