So glad you've come through this as well as you have. May things be all the better for you going forward, having had this experience. Every blessing through the operation and recovery - and of course the bike repairs too.
Update I had surgery today. They said it went well. Im still not feeling much in that arm because of the nerve blocker. Also spoke to Insurance. Bike isnt totaled but estimated $5200 worth of damage.

They keeping you for 24 hours or did they release you already?
Keep on top of the pain meds but remember most are addictive. You may have to taper off. Different people react differently.
Don't mess with the incision site. Infection is a MAJOR bitch. What kind of dressings did they apply?

Right ht now Im in a sling and a soft splint for the next two weeks.
