Default 2009 FXDL Missing Riser Cover

Does anyone know where to get this riser cover? That is what the service manual calles it. It covers the LED indicator assembly as shown in the pics. I tried Ebay and JP Cycles and couldn't find one.

The 2009 Dyna service manual .... Page 7-53 ... Figure 7-65 ... FXDL Models line 3 states: Install riser cover between handlebar risers.

Yep

You'll need 2 #4240 screws: http://www.boardtrackerharleyonline....-hex-head-4240 It's a pack of 10, perhaps you can find just 2 screws at the local dealer, but $4.10/pack of 10 isn't too bad a price.

The #55851-06A clamp is $3.30 http://www.boardtrackerharleyonline....over-55851-06a

HANDLEBAR RISER COVER, W/GASKET, CHRM - 55852-07. I appreciate your time but this is not the right part #, it is for the handlebar riser cover. That is the piece the indicator assembly face connects to.

Man, I wish they showed pics of this stuff.

I may just have to ride to the dealer and see what they say? As much as I hate to.

I don't think its going to fit with your lower risers. Check eBay for a like new used one that you can modify:
