Ok, long story short. I no longer own a Dyna. Sold it, bought a V-Rod. Going to buy the Alterd State kit to move the controls back 2.75 inches. Looking for a longer peg to keep my leg away from the (Akrapovic) exhaust. Looking at Lowbrow Customs Throw Back Pegs, 4 1/2 long. American Spood Shop, Slotted Wedge Pegs, a little over 5 inches. Kuryakan Riot Floorboards, 5" at widest part.
Just want to get my pant leg away from the exhaust. Any other options would be welcome. If any one has a set of pegs that they no longer use, I have a some Twin Cam items for use in a trade. Thanks, Dave
I've got the Americana wedges. I think they could stand to be another 1/2" longer but they're pretty nice. Here's a few pics with my size 11 wide shoe on them. Sorry about the kicks. I didn't want to pull on my boots just for a quick pic.
Let me know if you need more detail. I have lots more pics from before I installed them.
