would soap and water be the best trick to find a leak at the head thank you guys for all your input still new to Harley and so you guys are a big help

A bone stock 07 should be getting mpg in the upper 40's. Previous Owner had go fast goodies on it and took them off. Your friendly HD stealer will charge to flash the ECU. Ask about the price of a Stage 1 flash upgrade. Should cost around $100/125. Good luck.
