i got 2 problems..
1. when i release the throttle on my 2007 harley dyna wide, it does not idle down..goes down to about 3000 rpms and does not want to go lower...when i got just about home..all of a sudden it did idle down to about 1000 rpms at the light...what is causing this?
2. having a spedo light problem..come off and on...its on in first and 2nd..get to 3rd gear..goes off..or it might be on in 4th, and then just goes off?
Or maybe the throttle body is leaking. Happened to me before when I was upgrading the heads, forgot to tighten the throttle body properly... check for leakage. From your description its probably what Myers said. See if the two cables have crossed or stuck or something.
